- Find your navelStand upright and locate the centre of your belly button — this is where you'll position your belt.
- Measure your waistUse a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your torso at navel level. Keep it snug but not tight. Note this number in inches.
- Pick your sizeMatch your waist measurement to the size chart on the left. For competition use, size to the middle of the belt hole range for maximum adjustability.
