Measured at the navel, standing relaxed — not your trouser size, which is almost always two to three inches smaller. 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL are manufactured on demand: allow an extra two to three business days before dispatch. Knee and elbow sleeves run their own shorter ladder; every card states its own.

13mm or 10mm
No belt thinner than 10mm is in this collection. 13mm is the stiffest leather NBD cuts — three to four weeks of break-in, then it holds a max-effort brace and does not give. 10mm does the same job with less waiting.

Built to competition specification
Uniform width along the full circumference, one-piece leather, hardware rated for a competition brace. NBD is not on any federation’s list of permitted equipment — check your federation’s rules before meet day. This is built to the specification, and we say only that.

Dual Pro Lever
Our dual-lock lever, both thicknesses on one card. Two locking points instead of one, so the lever pulls flatter against the belt and does not creep under a heavy brace. On and off in about three seconds between sets — pick 10mm or 13mm and the price follows.

Elite Knee & Elbow
The heaviest wraps in the range, and the 7mm sleeve that sits beside them. Knee wraps for the sets you have to be strapped into, elbow wraps for the pressing that argues back.

Competition-length support. The one-metre wrap is the longest we make and takes real time to put on properly; the shorter lengths trade some of that stiffness for speed.

3-Pin Adjustable Mechanism Lever
A lever belt whose plate has three pin positions, so the belt adjusts across roughly three inches without a screwdriver. It is a lever — the pins are a feature of the lever plate, not an alternative to it.

- Your waist moves through a cut or a bulk, or you lift in a belt that has to fit two disciplines.

Hardware
Levers on their own, and hooks. A lever plate is a consumable on a belt that gets used — and it is also how a Classic becomes a GOLD without buying a second belt.

What this tier actually means
Nothing above it
NBD Elite Premium Series is the tier. Everything on this page is the highest grade we make in its own category, which is a claim about position rather than adjective: there is a step below every single item here, and each family says what that step is.
Black is the finish, not the tier. Most of this collection is finished in black — that is where the older Black Series name came from — but the range now includes the Classic GOLD Masterpiece lever, so “all black” stopped being true of the collection before it stopped being true of the name. Thicker leather, tighter tolerances and a stiffer build are what these products have in common. The colour is a choice.

If you are still deciding
Mechanism, then thickness. In that order.
Thickness is the decision lifters agonise over and mechanism is the one they actually feel every session. Get the mechanism right first.
Lever
One cam, one setting. Locks at the same tension every rep and comes off in about three seconds — which matters more than it sounds when you are between heavy singles. Changing the setting means moving the plate with a screwdriver.
Dual-lock lever
Two locking points instead of one. The lever sits flatter against the leather and does not creep when you brace into it hard. Same three-second on and off.
3-pin lever
Still a lever. The plate has three pin positions, so you get about three inches of adjustment with no tools. For a waist that moves through a cut, or a belt shared across two disciplines.
Prong
Threads through a buckle like a normal belt. Cheapest to make, slowest to use, and infinitely adjustable. Not in this collection — it lives in the full belt range.
10mm
Breaks in within a few weeks and sits more comfortably off the floor. Enough belt for the large majority of lifters, including most people who think they need 13mm.
13mm
Three to four weeks of genuine break-in, then it holds a max-effort brace like nothing thinner does. Choose it if the squat is the lift you care about and you are patient.
The GOLD Masterpiece lever
The same plate and the same mechanism as the Classic, finished in polished brass tone. It buys you appearance, not support — and we would rather say so than let you infer otherwise.

Owning one of these
Dispatch
XS to XL ship from stock. 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL are made to order — add two to three business days before dispatch. The stack is sized over WhatsApp before it ships.
Break-in
A 13mm belt is supposed to feel wrong for the first few weeks. Wear it for warm-ups, roll it inward against its own curve, and do not force it flat. 10mm settles in a fortnight.
Care
Wipe it down after a session and let it dry away from direct heat. Do not soak it, do not leave it in a car, and store it rolled rather than folded. The belt bag exists for the boot of a car.
Returns
Seven days from delivery, unused and in original condition. A made-to-order size is still returnable, but the two to three days are not recoverable — measure first, or message us.

Questions we actually get
Can I wear an NBD belt at a meet?
NBD equipment is built to competition specification — uniform width, one-piece leather, competition-rated hardware. NBD is not on any federation’s list of permitted equipment, so check your own federation’s rules before you enter. We would rather tell you that here than have you fail equipment check.
Should I take 10mm or 13mm?
10mm if this is your first or second belt, or if you want to train in it next week. 13mm if the squat is the lift you care about and you can give it three to four weeks of break-in. Most lifters who agonise over this are happier in 10mm.
Is the 3-Pin a lever belt or something in between?
It is a lever belt. The three pin positions are a feature of the lever plate, giving about three inches of adjustment without a screwdriver. It is not a halfway house between a lever and a prong.
What size do I take, and how do I measure?
Measure at your navel, standing relaxed, not braced — not your trouser size, which runs two to three inches small. Use the tape tool on this page and it will select your size on every belt card. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one: a lever belt adjusts inwards from its largest setting, never outwards.
Why do the largest sizes take longer?
2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL are manufactured on demand rather than held in stock, so allow an extra two to three business days before dispatch. Everything from XS to XL ships from stock.
