How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order directly on the carrier's website using your shipment ID. For further help, send us your order number above.
What is your return / exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Size exchanges are free. Reach out with your order number to get started.
How do I choose the right belt size?
Measure your waist at the belly button level after your last meal. Our size guide on each product page maps measurements to belt sizes. When in doubt, size up — our belts are adjustable. Still unsure? Drop us a message!
Do NBD belts meet competition specifications?
Our 13mm and 10mm lever belts are built to competition specification — 13mm maximum thickness, 10cm uniform width. NBD is not currently listed on any federation's approved-equipment register, so always check your federation's current rules before a meet.
Do you offer bulk or team discounts?

How long does shipping take?
