SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

NBD Enterprises ships all orders through reputed courier partners such as XpressBees, ShipDelight,Ekart, Ecom Express,Shadowfax Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and other reliable logistics providers.

All shipments are insured while in transit until delivery. A delivery confirmation/signature is required upon successful delivery, at which point responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
If a different recipient is specified (for example, a gift), the signature of the recipient will be considered valid proof of delivery and fulfillment by NBD Enterprises.

Shipping Timelines

• Minimum delivery time: 3–7 working days

• Average delivery time: 5–7 working days

• Maximum delivery time (in exceptional cases): up to 15–45 days

We make every effort to dispatch orders as soon as possible, usually within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Important Delivery Information

• In certain locations where courier service availability is limited or unavailable, delivery may take additional time.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available at additional charges.

Non-Delivery / Return Scenarios

If a delivery fails due to:

• Customer not available

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned to us.
In such cases, additional shipping and return charges will apply for re-delivery. For refunds - Terms of the refund policy applied.
