ONLINE TRAINING & COACHING PLANS — TERMS & HEALTH DISCLAIMER
The following applies to any NBD online training or coaching plan ("Plan"). By purchasing a Plan you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
Guidance, not medical advice. A Plan is personalised fitness guidance and education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or physiotherapy, and does not create a doctor–patient or any regulated healthcare relationship.
Consult your physician first. Consult a qualified doctor before starting any Plan, especially if you are over 35, are pregnant or recently gave birth, are recovering from surgery or illness, take any medication, or have (or suspect) any heart, blood-pressure, respiratory, joint, bone, metabolic (such as diabetes) or other medical condition, injury or disability. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness, nausea, severe or unusual pain, or any symptom that concerns you.
Assumption of risk. Exercise and strength training carry inherent risks, including soreness, strains, sprains, injury and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks in choosing to participate.
Release & limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NBD, its owners, coaches, employees and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your participation in or use of a Plan, including any claim based on ordinary negligence. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law (such as gross negligence or wilful misconduct). Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plan. You agree to indemnify NBD against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your failure to follow medical advice.
Our commitment & your results. We are committed to making every effort to guide you properly with a personalised, science-based programme and coaching support. Your results also depend on factors that are in your hands — your effort, consistency, nutrition, recovery, the accuracy of the information you provide, and how closely you follow your plan. Because these factors vary from person to person, individual results will naturally differ, and any testimonials reflect individual experiences.
Your responsibilities. Provide accurate, complete and honest information (measurements, health, injuries, medication, goals), disclose any medical condition or injury, train within your ability with correct technique and appropriate supervision, and follow the Plan as intended.
Eligibility. Lifters of all ages are welcome. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and supervise participation.
Personalisation & support. After purchase, our team contacts you (typically on WhatsApp) to collect the details needed to build your Plan. Support is guidance only and is not emergency, medical or crisis support; in an emergency, contact local emergency services. Your Plan is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, resold or shared.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Sirsa, Haryana.
