REFUND POLICY (After Delivery)
Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged or wrong products.
Any complaint must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or wrong product claims.
The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show:
The sealed package
Shipping label
Opening of the package
The product and the reported issue
❗ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
Note:
Maximum refund liability is limited to the order value only.
A 25% restocking fee will be applicable on approved returns.
REPLACEMENT:
Replacement will be given on Damage & Wrong Products Only.
Complaints will be raise within 3 days time only after receiving the product.
DON'T LIKE / NOT NEEDED ANYMORE:
In case of the product not meeting your requirements or expectations but does not involve any error on our part, you may choose to raise a return / replacement request within 3 days of the order which is NOT Used or Damaged in any way.
Upon receipt of the order back to us, we will issue the refund / replacement of the same after DEDUCTING SHIPPING FEES + Re-Stocking FEE @ 25% of Order Value.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Unboxing video must be recorded before opening the package.
Videos recorded after opening the package or edited videos will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation, Refund & Restocking Policy
🔹 Cancellation Before Dispatch
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a processing and order acquisition fee will be deducted.
A 25% deduction will be applied to cover payment gateway charges, order processing, and customer acquisition costs.
The remaining 75% of the order value will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within the standard processing timeline.
🔹 Returns / Refunds After Dispatch
Orders cancelled or returned after dispatch are treated as returns.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Example:
For an order of ₹10,000, the refundable amount will be ₹7,500 after deductions.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this cancellation, refund, and restocking policy.
Moreover, the cancellation must be requested before 12 to 24 hours max of the order being placed. We use private courier partners, and the orders are sent from our warehouse facility the same day.
For the tracking information, the information can take up to 24 to 48 hours to be sent to your phone number and email address or can take time sometimes because of the operational reasons.
