The Dual Pro is NBD's dual-lock lever belt in genuine vegetable-tanned leather — a full 4-inch (10cm) width all the way around, built in India for lifters who move serious weight. "Dual Pro" is the name of the lever: two locking points instead of one, so the belt clicks on tight before a lift and releases in a second between sets. You choose the thickness that matches how you train.

10mm — the belt most lifters should buy

Breaks in within weeks, sits more comfortably off the floor, and gives you competition-spec support with better range of motion on squats and deadlifts. Enough belt for most lifters under 100kg, and the one we recommend if this is your first lever belt.

13mm — the stiffest wall we build

Maximum rigidity for maximum singles. Expect 3–4 weeks of honest break-in before it moulds to you — after that it feels like a wall you brace against. Earn it if you are chasing max attempts or competing in the heavier classes.

Buying more than one

Many lifters run two belts — a 10mm for training volume and a 13mm for max-effort work, or one for the gym bag and one that never leaves home. Sizing

Measure at your navel, standing relaxed, not braced. Not your trouser size — that is almost always 2–3 inches smaller. Nine sizes from XS (23–33") to 5XL (55–65"). Between sizes? Go up — a lever belt adjusts in, never out. Sizes 2XL and above are made to order; allow 2–3 extra days.

Care

Wipe sweat off with a dry cloth after heavy sessions and keep the belt out of direct sun. Vegetable-tanned leather darkens and softens with use — that is the break-in doing its job, not wear.
