Questions
How do I choose my belt size?
Measure around your waist at the navel, over the clothes you train in, and buy the size whose inch range contains that number. Every belt card takes the same nine sizes. Use the waist tape in the belt band and it sets the size on both belt cards at once.
Standard or Elite — which should I actually buy?
Standard is the complete answer. It does the job, and most lifters train in it for years. Elite buys one material difference per piece — more leather, denser panel, longer wrap, stiffer weave. Buy Elite for the piece you load hardest, Standard for the rest.
What do I pay in advance on Cash on Delivery?
Only the shipping charge. It is shown live in your kit as you build, it scales with the kit total, and the rest is cash at your door. Above there is no COD method — those orders are prepaid only.
How can I get or off my kit?
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch is usually within 24 to 74 hours of order confirmation. Minimum delivery time is 3 to 5 days. Average delivery time is 5 to 15 days. Remote pincodes, weather and courier non-attempts can add time.
Can I exchange a size that doesn't fit?
From the live refund policy: replacements are given on damaged or wrong products only, raised within 3 days with a continuous unedited unboxing video. A product that simply does not meet your requirements can be returned within 3 days if unused and undamaged, with shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee deducted.
