Max weight bends wrists.
Shorter wraps run out of turns before the bar runs out of weight. A full metre gives you enough wrap to keep the wrist stacked when the load is at its heaviest.

One pair, or the full stack.
Straight answers.
Are these competition wrist wraps?
They're built to a full 1 m length, the maximum wrist-wrap length the IPF allows. NBD wraps are not on any federation's approved-equipment list, so check your own federation's rules before a meet.
Why left and right specific?
So both wraps go on the same way, with the closure in the same place on each wrist.
What's the thumb loop for?
It starts the wrap in the same place every time. Take your thumb out before you lift; federations don't allow the loop over the thumb during an attempt.
1 m or 24 in?
24 in suits most gym training. The full metre gives more turns, and more stability, for your heaviest pressing.
Is it a pair?
Yes: one wrap for each wrist, left and right.
Which pack should I buy?
One pair if it's for you. Two pairs for a spare or a training partner. The press stack if you also want Elite Series elbow wraps in the same order.
