Orders count once they are delivered and not returned, and the order value is ₹1,000 or more. Counts are lifetime and never reset.

Example maths: product price, minus your followers' 10% off, minus 18% GST, then 10% of that. Shipping and COD charges are not included.

How is my commission worked out?
You earn 10% of what your follower actually pays for the products, after their 10% off, not counting GST, shipping or COD charges. Commission counts once the order is delivered and the return window has closed. Cancelled, returned or undelivered orders don't earn commission.
When and how do I get paid?
On the 7th of every month, for orders confirmed the month before, by UPI or bank transfer to the details you give us. If your confirmed amount is under ₹1,000 it carries forward to the next month. TDS is deducted where the law requires it.
Do I need a minimum number of followers?
No. 300 followers who trust you are worth more than 30,000 who don't. You're paid on orders, not on reach.
How do I track my orders and earnings?
Open your Ambassador Dashboard and log in with the email you applied with. You'll see your code, every order made with it, your pending and confirmed earnings, and how close you are to your next gift.
Can my followers use my code with other offers?
Your code can't be combined with other discount codes, and each buyer can use it once.
Where can I promote my code?
Your own channels: Instagram bio, posts, reels and stories, YouTube, WhatsApp, your gym and your athletes. Not on coupon or deal websites, and not in paid search ads on the NBD name. Mark promotional posts as a paid partnership or with #ad, as Indian advertising rules require.
Can I use my own code?
Your code is for your audience. Orders you place yourself, or that ship to your own address, don't earn commission or count toward gifts.
Can my code be switched off?
Yes. We can pause a code that breaks these rules, for example one posted on coupon sites or used with someone else's identity. You can also leave the program at any time. There is no contract.
