The oversized fit has dropped shoulders and a relaxed chest. If you want the full oversized streetwear silhouette, go true to size. If you prefer a cleaner, less dramatic look, size down one. Either way it looks intentional — this is structured oversized, not just "big".
What makes 240 GSM better than a regular gym tee?+
Standard gym tees are 160–180 GSM — lighter, flimsier, less structured. 240 GSM is 33% heavier. You feel it the moment you pick it up. It drapes better, holds its shape after washing, and looks premium rather than disposable.
Is it good for training in?+
Yes. 100% combed cotton breathes well. The dropped shoulders and oversized chest give you full range of motion. A lot of serious lifters prefer the feel of cotton over synthetic fabrics — especially for lower-intensity sessions and conditioning work.
Will it shrink after washing?+
Pre-shrunk at manufacturing. Wash cold, air dry inside-out, and expect less than 3% dimensional change. Never tumble dry on high — that damages the print and the fabric structure over time.
