What Lifters
Say.
Ordered on a Sunday and I was training with it by Wednesday. Clear step up from the no-name gear I was using before - the stitching has held through three months of heavy work and it still looks new. Really happy with this one.
Honestly wasn't expecting much at this price but it is actually well made. Material feels properly durable and the stitching is tight everywhere I checked. Has taken everything I've thrown at it in training so far. Delivered in like 3 days too.
Ordered a second one for my training partner after a couple of months with mine. Identical quality, no difference between them. Small thing, but the NBD branding is clean and understated rather than plastered over everything. Good buy at this price.
Straight Answers.
Sizing varies by product and by exactly where it's meant to fit — wrist, knee, waist, or elbow. Check our dedicated Size Guide for measuring instructions and size charts before you order NBD PRO 7mm Powerlifting Knee Sleeves - Maximum Support & Strength. As a general rule, compression-style gear (sleeves, wraps) should fit snug against the body, while belts and strap-style gear are sized around a body measurement rather than your usual clothing size. If you're between two sizes, the Size Guide will tell you which way to round.
Most NBD accessories hold up best with simple care: hand wash in cold water with a mild soap, then air dry flat — avoid direct sun, tumble drying, or wringing, all of which can break down stitching, elastic, and material over time. If NBD PRO 7mm Powerlifting Knee Sleeves - Maximum Support & Strength sees heavy sweat contact during training, rinse it under cold water after your session and let it air dry fully before packing it back into your gym bag. Always check the specific care note on this product's description, since material varies across the range.
Fit depends on the type of gear. Compression pieces like sleeves and wraps should feel firm and supportive without cutting off circulation or leaving your hands or feet numb. Belts should sit snug enough to brace hard against without restricting your breathing. Strap-style gear should be tight enough to lock the bar in place without slipping mid-set. Stiffer materials often need a short break-in period before they feel right — that's normal, not a sizing mistake.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as NBD PRO 7mm Powerlifting Knee Sleeves - Maximum Support & Strength is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp or email support@nbdpowerlifting.com and we'll sort out a return, exchange, or size swap.
