Cold machine wash, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Iron inside out — never directly on the print.

How does it fit?
Oversized with a drop shoulder. True to size for a clean oversized look; size up one for an extra-relaxed feel. Most powerlifters with broad chests or thick arms stay true or go up one.
How heavy is the fabric?
240 GSM combed cotton — noticeably heavier and more structured than standard 160–180 GSM gym tees. It drapes properly and it lasts.
Is it unisex?
Yes. Cut to sit well on every lifter, XS through XXL.
Will the print crack or fade?
No. It's a premium, wash-durable print. Wash inside out in cold water and it holds through the long haul.
