What is a 3D puff print?
A 3D puff print is a raised print. The white print on the back sits above the fabric instead of lying flat in it, so the POWERLIFTING lettering and the crest have depth and a texture you can feel with your fingers.

How do I wash it?
Inside-out, in cold water. Dry on low heat. Turn it inside-out before ironing and never iron directly on the print.
