What exactly am I buying for ₹499?
A written review of your training situation by an NBD coach. You answer around five minutes of questions and within 24 hours a coach reads every answer personally and comes back to you on WhatsApp with a recommended training path — which coaching block suits you, why that one, and what your first four weeks would look like. It is not a sales call and not an auto-generated plan.
Is the ₹499 refundable?
No. It is credited, not refunded. Along with your recommendation you receive a personal credit code worth ₹499, valid once on the 4, 8 or 12-week Train With NBD coaching blocks. It is a real reduction of what you pay for coaching. The fee is not returned as cash once the review has been carried out.
Do I need to be a powerlifter?
No. NBD coaching is for anyone who trains in a gym and wants fat loss, visible muscle or more strength. The assessment asks for your goal, your training history and the equipment your gym has, and the recommendation is written around that. You do not need to know what a block or a training cycle is.
How long does it take, and when do I hear back?
The questions take about five minutes to answer honestly. A coach replies on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your answers.
Am I committing to a coaching plan?
No. The assessment is a standalone product. You get the recommendation and the credit code whether or not you go on to buy a plan, and there is no sales call attached to it.
Is this a medical assessment?
No. NBD coaches are strength coaches, not doctors. This assessment does not diagnose or treat any condition. If anything in your history needs a doctor before it needs a coach, you will be told that plainly and asked to get cleared first.
Does anything get shipped to me?
No. This is a coaching service, not a physical product. Nothing is shipped, there is no delivery charge and no address is needed. Everything is delivered on WhatsApp and in the NBD roadmap in your phone's browser.
Which coaching plan will I be recommended?
That is what the assessment decides. As a guide: the 4-week block is one written block; the 8-week block is two, with the second written from the first; the 12-week block is three, rewritten every four weeks with deload and recovery planned in. Your coach tells you which one fits your goal, your training days and your history, and why.
How is my training tracked once I start?
In the
NBD roadmap, a web app you log into from your phone's browser. Each day shows your workout, nutrition and recovery items. For each lift you log every set as weight and reps; nutrition and recovery items are tap-to-complete. Everything you log lands in your History, by exercise, and your coach reads it.
