NBD Training Assessment

A paid review of your training situation by an NBD coach — not a sales call, and not an auto-generated plan.

You answer around five minutes of questions: your goal, your training experience, what you are currently doing, how many days you can honestly train, the equipment you actually have, anything your body is dealing with, and what is stopping you right now.

Within 24 hours a member of the NBD coaching team reads every answer personally and comes back to you on WhatsApp with a recommended training path — which coaching block suits you, why that one, and what your first four weeks would look like. If anything in your history needs a doctor before it needs a coach, you will be told that plainly.

Your ₹499 is credited to your training programme. Along with your recommendation you receive a personal credit code worth ₹499, valid once on the 4, 8 or 12-week Train With NBD coaching blocks. It is a real reduction of what you pay for coaching.

NBD coaches are strength coaches, not doctors. This assessment is not a medical assessment and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

The assessment fee is not refundable once the review has been carried out.
